An enthusiastic crowd attended the groundbreaking ceremony held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Toyota of Del Rio dealership. Members of the Del Rio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce joined with members of the Del Rio Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the event. The Khoury Group is rapidly changing the commercial face of Del Rio along Highway 90W with the enhancement planned for the Toyota Dealership.
